You are enthusiastic about... ## • payment transactions with all their facets and want to take our software solutions to the next level as a methodical visionary in the agile product team. • the active interface role between Product Management, customers, and software development, in order to translate complex functional requirements into precise technical specifications. • requirements engineering in an agile environment by developing Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria and supporting Product Management in substantive backlog refinement work. • the structured analysis and modeling of business processes and system requirements in the area of Payment. • accompanying the entire software life cycle - from the initial idea through the execution of stakeholder workshops to supporting quality assurance and testing. • participating in interesting SIX, SWIFT, and Instant Payment committees to allow new trends and standards in payment transactions to flow directly into our product development. You impress us with... ## • a completed higher education in Computer Science, Business Informatics (FH/Uni), or a comparable qualification with a strong IT focus. An IREB certification is a welcome plus point. • expert knowledge in payment transactions (ISO 20022, Instant Payment, domestic and international payments, eBill, TWINT, card transactions, etc.) as well as your passion for innovations in the finance / IT industry. • your sound experience in requirements engineering or business analysis within agile software engineering projects. • your solution-oriented way of thinking and working as well as your strong interpersonal and communicative skills (moderation competence, persuasiveness, team spirit). • your confident handling of AI tools as well as the competence to use artificial intelligence profitably and efficiently in everyday work.
