Job Description

Your missions

Business Development

• Identify and prospect new clients in the cantons of Genève and Vaud
• Develop and retain a client portfolio
• Implement a prospecting strategy adapted to your sector
• Perform commercial actions
• Present the services of DOMINO SWISS HR SA and identify recruitment needs and temporary or permanent personnel needs
• Negotiate commercial conditions and ensure follow-up on offers
• Develop partnerships and new business opportunities
• Ensure client follow-up and loyalty
• Update commercial information and ensure reporting via Interiware.

Recruitment & placement

• Understand clients' personnel needs and define the profiles sought
• Search for and identify candidates matching the needs in the cantons of Genève and Vaud
• Write and publish advertisements
• Perform sourcing via CV databases, professional networks, cooptation
• Select applications and conduct interviews
• Create and follow candidate files
• Present profiles to clients and ensure placement follow-up
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.

Profile sought

Your profile

• 3 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or personnel placement in Suisse romande required
• Excellent commercial sense and a pronounced taste for prospecting
• Interpersonal ease and excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomous and results-oriented
• Ability to quickly develop a professional network
• Perseverance, dynamism and ability to convince
• Good organization and ability to manage several files simultaneously
• Mastery of IT tools and knowledge of the Interiware software
• Knowledge of the Swiss market and the recruitment sector is an asset.

We offer you
