The Service Protection et Sauvetage de la Ville de Lausanne (SPSL) is an emergency service composed of professional firefighters, paramedics, the advanced medical post, civil protection, the fire police, and the La Rama training center. Its entities are operational 24h/24h. The ambulance service consists of about fifty employees fully dedicated to their mission of rescuing those who request it. Following the departure of our employee, we are looking for a pre-hospital quality manager.

Main mission(s)

Develop and perform quality controls of the medico-technical services of the Ambulance entity

Drive the quality process and ensure its analysis and monitoring, in order to guarantee compliance with acquired certifications as well as new ones

Manage internal audits and follow external audits

Ensure monthly monitoring of quality performance

Ensure ambulance interventions

Supervise stakeholders in the process

Profile

Federal diploma of Ambulancier-ère ES or title deemed equivalent

Certifying training in quality management such as CAS or deemed equivalent

Federal certificate of ambulancier chef des secours CEFOCA-CSAM or training deemed equivalent, an asset

5 years of experience within an ambulance establishment

Experience in managing quality processes and statistical data analysis, an asset

Driving license categories B, C1, D1, code 121

Knowledge of basic office tools

Knowledge of the application of the pre-hospital patient data computerization system

Excellent mastery of Microsoft Excel

Good mastery of a process management tool

Special conditions
