Specialist Import/Export (m/f) Customer Service – International Customer Service To strengthen our Customer Service in Tenniken, we are looking for a linguistically skilled, customer-oriented and export-affine personality. Thanks to your language skills in German as well as Austrian and English, you can support our customers and sales partners commercially in the best possible way. In addition, you will take over the deputy management of Customer Service and support it, if necessary, in the operational daily business as well as in organizational tasks. Your area of responsibility Responsibility for order processing of an international customer base Answering price and delivery date inquiries in consultation with production planning Independent creation of the necessary shipping documents and export documents, digitized EU customs clearance (export CH and import EU) Support in the implementation of customs law changes in the operational business Processing of returns including credits Your qualifications Completed commercial basic training with further training as a foreign trade specialist with a federal certificate of proficiency and at least 2 years of professional experience in EU/ROW export order processing, as well as in freight forwarding or customs Extended knowledge of origin rules and VAT regulations within the EU Communication in German, Austrian and English Digitally affine and open in dealing with all common Office tools Experience with various software solutions such as ERP systems (preferably IFS), ExpoWin (FineSolutions), ZODIAK GE (Dakosy) or Carrier Connect (AEB) We are REGO-FIX REGO-FIX is an internationally active family business with over 350 employees worldwide in Tenniken (BL), which develops, produces and distributes high-precision tool clamping systems.
