Within the said HR team, your activity includes notably the administrative management of the employees of the Directorate and common services, including the production of various administrative documents.
As part of this opportunity, you provide information and advice to employees and managers on questions related to HR procedures and you assume the administrative management for the target group for which you are responsible, in synergy with a deputy HR manager colleague and two HR managers. Thus, you intervene at the administrative level throughout the entire life cycle of staff members, from recruitment to departure, and in connection with numerous partners of the DRH and the institution (payroll manager, recruitment service, managers, etc.).
