We wish to recruit a Funds Operation officer fr-ang for a mission of at least 1 year with an international private bank.

Mission :

• Execution, subscription/redemption of funds and private equity and monitoring
• Coordination with fund administrators and brokers
• Monitoring of instructions and accounting
• Management of pendings
• KYC review and account openings

Profile
----------

• Banking CFC or higher diploma in Finance/Management
• French native language and fluent English
• 3 to 5 years of successful experience in fund back-office in a bank in Switzerland
• Good mastery of MS Office, advanced Excel, GTMatch, GTExchange
• Precise, organized, good team spirit and reactive
• Valid work permit in Switzerland and available quickly
