Our new building Rütibühl has been open since June 2024. The concept is well thought out: a typical local hamlet was created with four buildings, an inner courtyard and a garden, in the middle of nature. Various places invite you to linger. All buildings have direct access to the garden, which sets natural boundaries.
To complement the specialist team of the Wohngruppe Rubin, we are looking for as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement

Nursing Professional HF/FH or Psychiatric Nursing Specialist, Wohngruppe Rubin ##

The Wohngruppe Rubin includes 8 residential places for seniors with cognitive impairment and care needs. The premises offer sufficient retreat areas in the middle of nature and feature an infrastructure and furniture that is ideally coordinated with everyday residential life. You are offered the unique opportunity to actively participate in the professional orientation of these residential offers and the expansion of the specialist teams.

You ###

• have completed training as a Nursing Professional HF/FH or as a Psychiatric Nursing Specialist and are interested in people with a cognitive impairment in old age
• are interested in taking on an innovative and agile concept
• stand for personal responsibility, commitment and transparency and work with composure and humor
