Site Controller Maintenance Cleaning 100%
Your challenge:
Ensuring smooth maintenance cleaning according to the customer contract
Independent planning and implementation of quality controls
Training and induction of the maintenance cleaning employees, optimizing
the workflows in the sites
Material deliveries to the sites, material management and monitoring of
material consumption
Support in the organization of holiday replacements
You are the contact person for the maintenance cleaning employees outside
of office hours
Our requirements for you:
Professional experience in cleaning, caretaker services, or facility management with a
focus on cleaning
Driver's license
Resident in Winterthur or the nearby area
Impeccable reputation
High flexibility and organizational talent (working hours are predominantly in the evenings and
Saturdays)
Human, communicative and solution-oriented personality
Very good oral and written German skills, other language skills
are an advantage
MS Office user skills
