Your area of responsibility • Technical direction and coaching of the Operational Procurement team • Responsibility for operational procurement and associated processes, including the continuous development of documentation in the form of process descriptions, work instructions and quick guides • Development of the key indicator system, analysis and promotion of knowledge transfer within the team • Continuous improvement of procurement processes throughout the supply chain • Ensure timely delivery of materials through effective material requirements planning (MRP) and regular review of material needs • Active collaboration with strategic procurement, production, planning, logistics and suppliers to ensure delivery capability • Responsibility as a key user of procurement for the ERP system (identification and correction/notification of system and data inconsistencies affecting MRP quality) as well as support for digitalization and process projects What we offer • Personal and professional development: numerous training and advancement opportunities • Work-life balance: 40-hour workweek, flexible work models with option for telecommuting • Security and future: comprehensive insurance packages, including additional pension fund benefits and private accident insurance worldwide, own pension fund, daily allowance/sickness and accident insurance • Relaxation and leisure: at least 28 days of vacation, 9 guaranteed public holidays, 16 weeks of maternity leave and 3 weeks of paternity leave • Financial benefits: company restaurant at affordable prices in Aadorf, annual Reka allowances and preferential terms on Griesser products What you bring • Basic commercial or technical training with additional training in purchasing, supply chain management or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in operational procurement or planning in an industrial environment • In-depth knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP), inventory management and supplier management • Very good ERP knowledge (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM) as well as secure mastery of MS Office • Strong affinity for process optimization, digitalization and data-based work • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented personality with a strong implementation capacity and high personal initiative • Excellent communication skills as well as pleasure in technical leadership, coaching and interdisciplinary collaboration • Availability for occasional professional trips in Europe • Very good knowledge of German spoken and written as well as good knowledge of English; knowledge of French is an advantage We look forward to getting to know you.
