YOUR TASKS

• Plan and coordinate consultations as well as point of contact for internal and external requests
• Obtain, read and verify medical reports as well as pre-prepare documents for the preoperative assessment
• Telephone information, reception of patients during the outpatient consultation
• Telephone contact with general practitioners and specialists
• Monitoring the surgical schedule
• Blood sampling, ECG

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as MPA, FAGE or nurse with professional experience and knowledge in administrative tasks
• Very good knowledge of German and solid IT skills
• Enjoyment of contact with patients and assured mastery of medical terminology
• Reliable, team-oriented and flexible personality with a keen sense of customer service

We offer you a varied and diverse activity within a motivated team. Since July 2026, our anesthesia center has been structured differently, which gives you the opportunity to actively participate in the organization of processes and to develop professionally and personally. Ideally, we wish to strengthen our team with two employees at a workload of 40% each. We are looking for flexible personalities ready to cover for each other in case of absence and to temporarily increase their workload during these phases. We are also open to applications with a higher workload, up to 80%.
