In the area of Finance and Personnel, we support the cantonal middle schools and vocational schools in financial and personnel matters. In doing so, we rely on trust, personal responsibility, open communication, and cooperation. For the further development of our personnel work, we are looking for reinforcement starting from January 2027. The position is limited to four years and offers plenty of room for thinking along and co-shaping. What you will do With a focus on the [Projekt Governance Sek II](< >), you will implement the personnel law changes of the new school leadership. This includes permanent employment instead of term of office for school management, job sharing, and the delimitation of personnel responsibilities between the school commission, school management, and the Bildungsdirektion. You will accompany the implementation in practice and develop the necessary processes and templates. Additionally, you will process topics such as reliefs, further training, or assessments and develop practical solutions for our schools. What you bring with you You have a university degree, ideally in law, political science, or state science, and bring experience in the public environment or good knowledge of public personnel law. You like to take on responsibility, are decisive, and possess assertiveness. You think analytically, write clearly and understandably, and enjoy structuring and further developing complex topics. Experience in project management, particularly according to HERMES, is a plus. You work in an organized, independent manner and contribute your own ideas.
