They are the professionals in installing, renovating, and refurbishing facades. The production program includes, on the one hand, all conventional locksmithing work. On the other hand, the company is a specialist for steel and facade construction. It is considered a matter of course that new technical developments are continuously included in the fabrication and installation.

Job Description ##

As a Chief Fitter in facade construction, you will be responsible for the correct installation of facade elements according to drawings and customer wishes, while complying with deadlines and SUVA guidelines. You plan and coordinate the work and lead your team until the completion of the projects. In addition, you act as a contact person for internal and external business entities.

Your tasks include:

• Independent work and installation according to plan and customer wishes
• Coordination of the fitters
• Processing and plastering of components according to orders and requirements
• Processing and testing of mechanical components according to drawings
• Distribution of work or independent execution of welding work
• Compliance with and ensuring of safety guidelines
• Discussions with clients, architects, or installation managers

We expect ##

• Completed vocational training at the EFZ level as a metalworker / tinsmith / polybauer / roofer / installation carpenter or ambivalent
• Experience in facade construction
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Driver's license Cat B.
• Teamwork skills and high self-motivation
• Reliable, responsible, constant, independent, and exact way of working
• Ability to learn and good comprehension
• Manual dexterity
• Enjoyment of metal construction work
• Experience in handling aerial work platforms

It is an advantage to have:

• Basic course in height safety PSAgA
• Leadership experience
