Traffic Agent

For our client active in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a traffic agent. The position is located in the canton of Neuchâtel (NE).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily coordination of traffic flows related to construction sites and real estate sites, taking into account the operational constraints defined by the company.
• Control access and movements in construction zones or managed properties, in order to guarantee compliance with instructions and internal rules.
• Communicate with field teams and external partners to transmit the information necessary for the smooth running of traffic operations.
• Document traffic and circulation activities using the tools provided, in order to allow reliable and structured monitoring of operations.
• Report any irregularity, incident or situation that could affect the safety, fluidity or organization of flows on the sites concerned to management.

Profile

• You have completed a secondary level education.
• You are comfortable in a structured environment with clear instructions.
• You demonstrate rigor and a sense of responsibility.
• You enjoy working in coordination with various stakeholders.
• You are willing to adapt to the operational requirements of the site.
• Perfectly mastering French and ideally other languages common on construction sites
