Apply now and become part of our team! Job Description In this exciting position, you are responsible for the sale of the Pharma Liquid portfolio in Switzerland and parts of Southern Germany. Within your region, you identify the need for new equipment for existing and new customers. The acquisition of new customers within the focus region and the maintenance of relationships with existing customers are among your central tasks. To identify further potential customers, you conduct general market research, analyze market trends, and competitors within your sales territory. You work closely with the various Syntegon Competence Centers (CoC) and internal departments and act as technical support if required. In addition, you conduct and plan customer visits, engage in networking within the local pharma community, and participate in specialist trade fairs. You support the technical sales team in the preparation of offers and ensure that sales margins meet the targets. Furthermore, you support contract negotiations of the various CoCs and manage customers, leads, and opportunities within the Syntegon CRM tool. Qualifications You have successfully completed a degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering) and have many years of experience in the sale of pharmaceutical process and filling equipment. Furthermore, you are at home in the pharma world and possess a strong network that you are constantly maintaining and expanding. Ideally, you have relevant experience from the Pharma Liquid area and have been able to gain work experience at a technology leader in the pharmaceutical industry. You possess excellent customer management skills and are used to selling the highest quality products in the industry to customers. Your German and English skills are business fluent, other languages such as French are a great advantage. A high willingness to travel does not pose a difficulty for you in the long term. Your profile is rounded off by entrepreneurial thinking and action, strong communication skills, high personal responsibility, as well as a systematic, implementation-oriented, and team-oriented way of working.
