Executive Assistant to the CEO (m/f)

From day one, you will have an overview of different strategic and operational processes. You will not be working at an ordinary office chair, but in a Swiss recycling sector as dynamic as it is avant-garde. Your skills in project and risk management, your sense of numbers, and your business management expertise will be perfectly highlighted and utilized daily. Do you want to launch your career for the long term? You will report directly to the CEO and support him in daily business and operational matters as well as in strategic issues. The key points are: • Assistance in operational and strategic management • Active support of the CEO in all organizational and administrative tasks • Development of business and market analyses, profitability calculations, project budgeting; assistance in the field of mergers and acquisitions • Creation, design, and presentation of presentations, evaluations, and analyses • Analysis of processes and errors as well as proposal of improvement ideas • Assistance in group projects as well as in site-related process projects and optimizations You are passionate about business and technology and are highly motivated to develop your career in a promising sector of the future in the long term.
