Head of Residential Group (Stiftung Demenzzentrum Rickenbach LU)

The Stiftung Demenzzentrum is an institution for people with dementia. Our offering includes holiday, day, and long-term stay places. In particular, we develop needs-oriented and innovative concepts for young people with dementia and accompany those affected as well as their relatives in all stages of the disease. The mission statement forms the basis for living together in the Demenzzentrum.

These activities will inspire you

• You will take over the professional and personnel leadership of a team of around 13 employees in a versatile residential group with day, holiday, and long-term places
• Together with your team, you will ensure high-quality care and support for our residents
• You will organize the processes in the residential group and create the duty and holiday planning
• You will accompany, promote, and develop your employees
• You will ensure the implementation of our concepts, standards, and quality specifications as well as complete nursing documentation
• You will keep an eye on the residential group goals and the responsible use of the available resources

Your profile

• Training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• at least 3-4 years of experience in the care and support of people with dementia
• Leadership experience and/or management training is an advantage
• Joy in the leadership and development of employees
• Sense of responsibility, organizational talent, and independent way of working
• Very good German skills, good IT skills and experience with RAI-LTCF is an advantage
