Your tasks

• Independent recording and processing of customer orders
• Creation of delivery notes, invoices, as well as other order documents
• Competent telephone and written support as well as advice for customers
• Correspondence in German, French, and English
• Monitoring of delivery dates as well as close cooperation with purchasing
• Processing of returns and repairs including documentation
• Maintenance of master data as well as support with price and data maintenance
• General administrative activities as well as receiving customers and suppliers

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
• French or Italian skills are an advantage
• Independent, exact, and reliable way of working
• High service orientation and enjoyment of daily customer contact
• Team player, resilient, and willing-to-learn personality with good manners
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as common MS Office applications
