Senior Customer Advisor Advisory Center Operations Compliance 80 - 100% # What you will accomplish • You support the team in compliance checks (e.g., payments, anti-money laundering) by contacting clients by telephone and documenting the information collected in a structured manner. • You autonomously handle additional verification missions from the Legal & Compliance department, ensure processing within the deadlines, and are responsible for the correct transmission of the results. • You monitor your scheduled appointments and tasks and complete them within the specified deadlines. • You actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and thus contribute to their development. What you bring • You have banking training and preferably experience in the field of compliance. Due diligence obligations (VSB) and tax compliance (AIA, FATCA) are not foreign to you. • You have clear and confident oral and written expression in German. Knowledge of English and any other language is an asset. • Your ability for networked thinking as well as your communication skills complement your profile. • Your commitment and your openness allow you to quickly become a valuable member of the team.
