To strengthen our administration team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a

Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %

The tasks

• Active management of the properties as well as the tenant files
• Ensuring real estate maintenance
• Preparation of contracts, correspondence and budgets
• Various administrative tasks
• Supervision of caretakers
• Support with renovation projects

The requirements

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager (or in training) desired
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management is an advantage
• Confident German in spoken and written form
• Good user knowledge in Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of the software W&W ImmoTop2 is an advantage
• Negotiation skills, resilience and a self-assured appearance
• Interest in social and societal issues
