• Independent processing and billing of benefit cases
• Carrying out medical clarifications with trusted doctors
• Processing of cost guarantees
• Written and telephone correspondence in connection with claims processing
• Ensuring high-quality and efficient case processing

Your profile

• Mandatory experience in the area of claims processing for a health insurance company/health insurance fund
• Very good knowledge in outpatient claims processing (priority)
• Knowledge in the area of paramedicine is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• High resilience and ability to work in a team
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
