The contribution you can make

• Plan, manage and ensure the processes relating to the drafting of provisions (orders, instructions, regulations) and work aids (memoranda, booklets, posters) as well as the new configuration of badges in the Operations Command
• Constantly manage the communication and coordination between clients, suppliers and operations
• Provide advice and support to the persons in charge of drafting provisions and work aids
• Ensure technical and content-related training and improvement of authors, taking into account the links between the provisions and superior directives and instructions
• Draft, coordinate and consolidate contributions to the operational order date and/or to reports, provisions and agreements

What distinguishes you

• Basic commercial vocational training with specialization in a technical field
• Specialization and experience in project management (IPMA level D) of complex projects as well as in the field of controlling
• In-depth knowledge of the processes and legal requirements of the Federal Administration and the army constitutes an advantage
• Excellent IT skills and in-depth knowledge of administrative processes
• Active knowledge of at least one second official language

The Operations Command (Cdo Op) is responsible for all operations and all military deployments of the Swiss Army. It includes, among others, the Air Force, the Land Forces, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the special forces command and the military police. Approximately 40 percent of the nearly 2500 employees are civilians: from engineers to aircraft mechanics to analysts.

The Swiss Army employs over 9000 employees within the framework of four military professions and about 200 civilian professions, in 110 locations throughout the national territory. Furthermore, it provides for new recruits, training apprentices in over 30 professions.
