Vocational Trainer: IT 80-100 %

Stiftung Märtplatz accompanies young people with psychological and social difficulties on their way to vocational training and an independent life. In different professional fields, we create practical training positions with the goal of vocational integration. To complement our team, we are looking for a: starting February 1, 2027, or by arrangement. You combine modern ICT with vocational training and enjoy accompanying and promoting young people on their way into the working world. Your tasks: Training and promotion of ICT specialists EFZ; Professional and personal support of the apprentices in everyday professional life; Ensuring internal ICT operations together with the apprentices; Operation, support and further development of the internal IT infrastructure; Support and advice to users and customers in IT matters; Planning and implementation of projects as well as introduction of new technologies; Cooperation with Case Management as well as internal and external specialist agencies. What you bring: Degree as Informatiker:in EFZ or a comparable qualification; Confident handling of Microsoft 365; Advantageous: Experience with Azure, Intune, SharePoint and Teams; Interest in AI, automation and digital collaboration; Independent and solution-oriented way of working; Joy in working with people and in transferring knowledge; Experience as a vocational trainer or willingness to develop yourself into this role.
