Your challenge ##

• Independent support and administrative processing of customer orders for defined export markets
• Creation of offers as well as processing and monitoring of orders until delivery
• Creation of shipping and export documents as well as invoicing
• Telephone and written correspondence with international distributors, customers, authorities, and internal departments
• Ensuring timely order processing and consistent monitoring of delivery dates, offers, and order confirmations
• Coordination and cooperation with freight forwarders and external partners
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
• Mutual substitution within the Sales Export team

Your profile ##

• Commercial basic training (EFZ, business school, or comparable training)
• Further training in the field of export or sales back office is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in an international export environment
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Good French skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems
• Experience in export processing and in handling international shipping and customs documents
• Technical understanding or interest in technical products
• Service-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality
• High customer orientation and strong quality awareness
• Team player with enjoyment in working in an international environment
• Resilient, flexible, and strong organizational skills
• Solution-oriented mindset as well as a high sense of responsibility
