What to expect ##

Together with our Collaboration and Communication team, you will actively shape the future of work at Mobiliar. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible, together with Team Horizon, for the technical further development, governance, and secure operation of Microsoft 365 including Copilot within the Microsoft 365 platform.

As an experienced engineer, you will take on responsibility across team boundaries, drive innovation, and ensure that modern AI technologies are used securely, sustainably, and with added value for our employees.

You will achieve the following with us ##

You will take responsibility for the further development and secure operation of Microsoft 365 services. You will analyze new functions, especially M365 Copilot, evaluate their benefits and risks, and derive standards, governance requirements, and technical guardrails from them. In doing so, you will work with an implementation focus, keep dependencies in view, and ensure stability, quality, and sustainable lifecycle management. You will set priorities and ensure clear decision-making bases.

You will advise Product Owners, Product Managers, specialist departments, and managers on the introduction and use of Microsoft 365 solutions. Additionally, you will identify technical debt, risks, and optimization potential, initiate appropriate measures, and further develop operating processes, monitoring, and automation. Together with security, architecture, and platform teams, you will ensure secure, scalable, and efficient operation and bring different perspectives together.

You will actively contribute your expertise to the team and the organization. In exchange with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and manufacturers, you will represent your field of expertise and support architecture and technology decisions. You will coach team colleagues and contribute to the team learning from each other and developing viable solutions for Mobiliar together.

What you bring with you ##

• University degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education and further training
• Several years of experience as an engineer, DevSecOps engineer, or solution architect in the Microsoft cloud environment, especially with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Copilot
• Experience in operating mission-critical platforms and services
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Copilot, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI governance, and prompt engineering
• Experience with Microsoft tenant management, cloud platforms, automation, and Software as a Service with a focus on security and compliance
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, or related technologies is a plus
• High level of initiative, networked thinking, and a solution- and implementation-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility, driving change, and empowering others
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
