We are looking for the Centre médico-social (CMS) de Moudon for an:

ASSC ON HOURLY CONTRACT

(evenings and weekends)

Mission:

• Collaborate in the medico-social care project (support in the form of assistance and care) based on respect for the principle of the person's autonomy.
• Participate in monitoring the evolution of the client's situation, in collaboration with the client, the entourage, the interdisciplinary team, and the treating physicians.
• Provide clients with services such as basic care, nursing care, household assistance, and family assistance.

Profile:

• Hold a CFC in ASSC.
• Have, if possible, experience in home care.
• Be available to work mainly in the evenings and on weekends.
• Be able to work autonomously and interdisciplinarily.
• Hold a driver's license and possess a vehicle (possibility to use a professional vehicle).
• Knowledge of German would be an asset.
