Polymechanic - CNC Production (Milling)

Activity + Independent programming, setting up and running a 5-axis milling machine with Siemens control + As required, performing turning operations on a lathe with Heidenhain control + Continuous monitoring and ensuring of the ongoing production processes + Optimization and ensuring compliance with quality standards + Practical training and supervision of apprentices as the responsible contact person • Requirements + Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic or CNC mechanic + Confident handling of 5-axis CNC milling machines and experience with Siemens controls + Knowledge in the field of CNC lathes and handling of Heidenhain control is an advantage + Strong quality awareness, independent way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility + Willingness to take on the vocational trainer function • Offer + Exciting and responsible activity in an owner-managed and dynamic company + Attractive further training opportunities and support in professional development + Comprehensive induction as well as performance-related compensation in an experienced team
