Automatic Lathe Setter

Swiss company of human scale, specializing in the manufacture of dental devices and located in the Est vaudois, is looking for a Automatic Lathe Setter Your mission: Within a dynamic team and in a high-precision production environment, you will be primarily responsible for the setup of automatic lathes as well as the management and monitoring of the cam and CNC machine park. Your main activities will notably include: • Performing the setup and adjustments of cam and CNC automatic lathes; • Ensuring the monitoring and proper running of the machine park; • Performing necessary corrections and adjustments during production; • Ensuring the quality and conformity of the produced parts; • Participating in the optimization of settings and machining processes; • Collaborating with the various members of the team in order to guarantee efficient and quality production. Your profile: • Training in the field of automatic turning, CFC level or an equivalent title; • Several years of experience in a similar position; • Solid skills in setting and setup of automatic lathes; • Experience on cam and CNC machines is indispensable; • Skills in design and drawing constitute an asset; • Team spirit and sense of organization; • Flexible, versatile and autonomous person; • Sense of precision and taste for quality work.
