As an HR Intern MPC 3+1 / Pré-HEG (M/F/D), you will be integrated into the Human Resources team and participate in various team projects, as well as the following activities.

How will you have an impact as an HR Intern MPC 3+1/Pré-HEG?

• Provide support in the employee lifecycle (administrative procedures, answering questions)
• Participate in HR projects
• Collaborate with the different HR teams (recruitment, training, occupational health nurse)
• Prepare internal communications
• Participate in the organization of HR events
• Provide support in various administrative activities related to the department

• You have completed your gymnasiale maturity
• You are interested in Human Resources professions
• You possess an open and communicative personality
• You enjoy working in a team and have an excellent sense of service
• You are capable of working independently in an organized, structured, and precise manner.
• You have excellent oral and written skills in French, English is an asset
• You master common IT tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
