Laboro AG is a specialized personnel leasing company in the healthcare sector. For one of our customers in the Spitex sector in the canton of Thurgau, we are looking for an engaged and reliable nursing assistant SRK / an engaged and reliable nursing assistant SRK immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Support of clients with basic care in their home environment
• Support with personal hygiene, mobilization, as well as dressing and undressing
• Promotion and preservation of the independence of clients
• Support and accompaniment during everyday activities
• Observation of the general condition and passing on relevant changes to the nursing specialists
• Professional documentation of the services rendered according to operational specifications
• Compliance with applicable hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Cooperation with nursing specialists and other employees

Your profile

• Completed SRK nursing assistant course or equivalent recognized training
• Professional experience in Spitex or outpatient care is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and of working independently
• High social competence and empathy
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
• Willingness for flexible working hours and weekend shifts
