Your tasks
Management of real estate accounting for rental properties
Preparation of heating and service charge statements
Assistance with checking bank statements
Coding and posting of invoices as well as monitoring incoming payments
Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
Recovery of withholding taxes
Communication with tenants, owners and external partners in accounting matters
How you impress us
Commercial basic training with a strong flair for numbers and real estate
Experience in real estate accounting and/or financial accounting
Confident handling of accounting software and MS Office (ImmoTop 1+2)
Exact and structured way of working
High service orientation and ability to work in a team
Good German skills in speaking and writing
