It also supports young people in initial training, and employs a significant number of employees in adapted employment (Pôle Entreprises et Formation).For its school and boarding school in Lancy, the Pôle Enfance Adolescence is looking for:A nurse night watcherDescription of the position: * Accompany the children and adolescents welcomed at the boarding school during the nights * Guarantee and provide nursing care, in close collaboration with the sector managers, the health manager and the medical advisor of the institution * Apply, adapt and develop the processes of the quality system * Supervise the management of the medical files of the children and adolescents * Contribute to an optimal flow of information and to the quality of links between the different professions of the multidisciplinary teams Responsibilities: * Guarantee and ensure nocturnal measures related to the support, comfort, feeding, hydration, care and safety of the children and adolescents * Guarantee the application of treatments prescribed by doctors, ensure the monitoring of information through the Dossier Suivi Individualisé and the school project of each child * Ensure the transmission of information on the health status of the children to fellow night watchers, the management and the educational and care groups * Collaborate in partnership with the different services of Clair Bois-Lancy Qualifications: * Nursing diploma with the right to practice in the canton of Geneva * Certified ability to work at night (12 hours) * Proven experience or a marked interest in supporting children presenting multiple disabilities and associated disorders - an essential asset * Sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously * Dynamism, interpersonal skills and adaptability * Ease with IT tools * Swiss nationality or valid work permit We offer: * An exciting working environment * Quality services supported by a recognized organization * Salary and working conditions: according to the [CCT AGOEER](< >) and the internal regulations of the [Fondation Clair Bois.](< >) Activity rate: 60% - 90% Application deadline:Job class: class 15 of the salary scale of the State of GenevaStart date: or to be agreed Applications are made only in electronic format on our Platform by integrating a complete file (CV, cover letter, work certificates and diplomas).
