You will

• as active support to the responsible GL member, implement the Value Proposition in the Customer Services and Products segment
• manage cross-channel market development for the Private Clients Retail segment and promote sustainable growth through targeted campaigns and sales processes
• act as an interface between sales and internal partners (product management, marketing, IT) and lead projects independently
• ensure efficient controlling based on relevant KPIs and initiate suitable measures in the event of deviations
• further develop the sales processes for the segment, define the advisory process, and create instruments for sales management
• participate in the training and certification of our client advisors in the field of investment and pension

You bring

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in digitally supported sales management of a financial service provider
• ideally 3 to 5 years of professional experience in client advisory
• a completed higher technical college or a degree at university or university of applied sciences level
• strong analytical-conceptual skills and a strong goal and result orientation
• a resilient, down-to-earth personality with high self-motivation and strong communication skills
• business fluent and very good written French skills (in-depth technical discussions and business correspondence possible)
• enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams and the will to build segment-specific knowledge
