For our client, we are looking for a leadership personality who knows electrical planning from practice and enjoys developing people. You will take over a team under construction, shape the work with EPLAN, and ensure that good technical ideas become reliable solutions.

Your task ##

• You will help build the electrical engineering team and take over its technical and personnel leadership.
• You will develop clear EPLAN standards for circuit diagrams, macros, templates, and article data.
• You will plan the tasks in the team, set priorities, and accompany new employees during their induction.
• You will check demanding electrical designs and make technical decisions together with the project managers.
• You will coordinate planning with automation, project management, and switchgear manufacturing.
• You will use feedback from production to continuously improve documents and processes.

Your profile ##

• You have a basic electrical engineering training and further training at HF or FH level or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in electrical planning, electrical design, or control technology.
• You work confidently with EPLAN Electric P8 and know the requirements for practical circuit diagrams.
• You have already led employees or taken responsibility as a technical contact person.
• You understand the cooperation between engineering, software, and switchgear manufacturing.
• You communicate clearly in German and maintain an overview even with multiple projects.
• Experience in building or refrigeration automation is welcome.
