HR Division Manager

In our lively and personal hospital, as part of our 15-member HR team, you are responsible for the concerns of our 940 employees from over 30 nations. You take responsibility for your area of responsibility, advise managers and employees, and actively help shape our HR work. HR Division Manager 80% - 100% Your tasks * Overall responsibility for the HR lifecycle in your own area of responsibility, supported by our dedicated HR administration * Advising and supporting our managers and employees in all personnel-related and labor law issues * Active further development of HR processes as well as independent takeover of projects, for example in the areas of Employer Branding and digitalization * Support and further development of HR-IT systems Your profile * Completed training in the HR field (at least level HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann or comparable qualification) * Several years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally as an HR Business Partner * Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage, but not a requirement * Proficient use of MS Office applications and an affinity for digital HR systems * Service-oriented, structured and independent way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility * Enjoyment in tackling things and finding pragmatic solutions Your chance With your start of employment on January 1, 2027 or by arrangement, a responsible and versatile task awaits you in a modern, future-oriented hospital with a wide range of services.
