Group Leader 100% as of 1. July 2026 or by agreement. Do you want to offer, help shape, and thereby accompany the child a little way on their life path in a protected framework by providing pedagogically valuable family and school-supplementary care? Then you are exactly right with us! For our Chinderstern Wallisellen, we are looking for an innovative and responsible personality as of 1. July 2026 or by agreement. The Kita Chinderstern Wallisellen offers children from the age of three months until entering kindergarten a pedagogically optimal family-supplementary care option. It belongs to the kidéal Gruppe, which offers a holistic service catalog in the field of childcare and operates over 25 of its own establishments in the regions of Zürich, Aargau and Basel. In the function of Group Leader, you will lead your group independently and implement the kidéal philosophy. You are responsible for the professional, organizational as well as the personnel management of your group. In doing so, you will be accompanied and supported by the Pedagogical Management. Your tasks

Main responsibility for the well-being of the children in your group
The coordination of the pedagogical and organizational work of the employees in your group
Contact person for the parents of your group
Joint responsibility in the planning and coordination of educational, instructional and care work

Your qualifications

(Social) pedagogical basic training
Professional experience in the field of childcare
Independent and efficient way of working
Teamwork skills and flexibility
High service awareness
Business-oriented thinking
Vocational trainer course or the willingness to complete it
