Client Manager (M/F) Permanent 100%

We are currently looking for a Client Manager for a 100% position in the Vaud region.

Your missions :
Manage the relationship with clients and respond to their needs
Ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of services
Ensure the smooth running of site maintenance
Respect budgets
Support the teams
Manage cleaning personnel needs
Plan, supervise and control cleaning services
Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty

Your profile :
At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management and/or in the cleaning sector
Versatile person, attentive, good interpersonal skills, assiduous and pragmatic
Good organizational and communication skills
Autonomy in work
Driving license mandatory
Clean criminal record required

Skills :
Very good oral and written level in French
Basic knowledge of English and/or Portuguese
Good mastery of IT tools

Hours: To be defined between 7h – 19h
