Your Task ##

• Technical and sales-oriented advice to customers
• Determination of individual customer needs and support in the selection of suitable products
• Creation, processing, and follow-up of offers
• Handling of administrative sales processes and creation of the necessary documents for collection, delivery, and returns
• Control of incoming and outgoing goods as well as verification of the associated delivery documents
• Picking and preparation of ordered products
• Support and assistance to customers during goods collection
• Ensuring professional customer service and smooth daily business operations
• Close cooperation with the team as well as support in general operational processes

Your Profile ##

• Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical field (preferably as a sanitary installer)
• Training in the sanitary field or comparable practical experience is an advantage
• Professional experience in a technical environment, especially in the area of service, repair, or spare parts, is desirable
• Joy in personal customer advice and sales
• Technical understanding and interest in products requiring explanation
• Strong customer orientation as well as a motivated and solution-oriented way of working
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good user knowledge in handling digital working tools and common IT systems
• Impeccable reputation
