Tasks ###

• Optimization of the HSE orientation and implementation of suitable measures
• Support and further development of the management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Coordination of audits, certifications and coordination with authorities and external bodies
• Implementation of risk and environmental analyses as well as processing of incidents and accidents
• Strengthening safety awareness through training and internal communication
• Planning and coordination of emergency and crisis measures
• Creation of HSE evaluations and participation in cross-cutting HSE topics

Profile ###

• Completed vocational training with further training as an ASGS specialist or ASGS expert
• Sound HSE experience in an industrial or logistics environment
• Good knowledge of the management systems ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Sound knowledge of Swiss HSE and environmental regulations
• Experience with HSE key figures, reporting and digital tools
• Strong communication, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality
• Business fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness for on-site assignments
