Job Description ##

• Support and care of people with support needs in everyday life.
• Support with personal hygiene and in the area of everyday activities.
• Planning and implementation of activities to promote quality of life.
• Support of the nursing team in close cooperation.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ.
• Experience in the care and nursing of people with support needs
• Empathy, patience, and high social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications
• Readiness for flexible working hours and weekend services
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
