Job description
globegarden is the leading provider of childcare in Switzerland. The diverse, local daycare network offers children in their early years colorful learning and living worlds as well as innovative, qualitative childcare. We are looking for a motivated specialist for the mixed-age group at our new location Züeich Manegg. What are your tasks?

Pedagogical promotion and support of the entrusted children
Co-designing an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
Support with the developmental documentation of the children using portfolios
Co-designing an educational partnership with the families
Co-designing excursions and parent activities
Active participation in team meetings
Co-designing an appreciative, familial working atmosphere
What should you bring?

A completed training as FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
Team player
Self-initiative, creativity and flexibility
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
