Your tasks ###

• Ensuring patient reception
• Answering telephone inquiries from patients as well as referrers
• Appointment coordination, patient registration and processing of examination formalities in the RIS-Medavis system
• Carrying out various administrative tasks (mail processing, e-mail, patient registrations, processing findings, HNET inquiries/image dispatch, etc.)

Your profile ###

• Basic medical training, further training as a medical secretary or proven commercial professional experience with knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficient PC skills
• Resilient, team-oriented, flexible and cheerful personality with high social competence
• Independent and precise way of working as well as strong organizational skills

Working hours ###

The standard operational working time for a full-time position is 42 hours per week (excluding doctors). Annual working time applies, which ensures the highest possible flexibility in the design of working hours. Shift requests will be implemented if possible and part-time employment is possible in many functions - also in leadership positions.
