To this end, we are looking for a CTO who does not just understand technology, but who derives a scalable business, a solid engineering organization and reproducible solutions from it. Your mission: As CTO, you are responsible for the technological and engineering strategy of the entire group. You report directly to the CEO, are a member of the management board and participate in board of directors meetings. You build an engineering organization based on platforms, standards, reusable building blocks and solid teams. Your responsibility ## • Technological strategy: You develop the technological strategy at the group scale and establish common architecture governance. • Netrics Engineering Platform (NEP): You are responsible for the vision, ownership and roadmap of our common delivery platform, thereby industrializing the project business. • Engineering organization: You establish a target operating model at the group scale for Netrics, GARAIO, Solify and future acquisitions. • Standardization & scaling: You develop reusable building blocks, blueprint plans, self-service services and standards that allow our delivery teams to work faster and more efficiently. • Talents & skills: You build our engineering talent pipeline in collaboration with the People & Culture team. • Service innovation: You translate relevant technological trends - notably AI, cloud, data, multi-vendor - into new scalable service offerings. • Clients & growth: You manage certain strategic clients at the CIO/CTO level and support strategic deals in pre-sales. • M&A: You are responsible for the technological due diligence of acquisition candidates and contribute to their technological and organizational integration. • Sector strategy: You transform our engineering expertise into concrete offerings and solutions for our target industries. What you bring ## We are looking for a personality who brings together technology, people and business - strategically at the same level as the board of directors and management, commercially close to our clients and technically credible to our engineers. • The ability to translate technological developments into a clear strategy, architecture and concrete investment decisions. • Experience in platform engineering, cloud, automation, standardization and modern software delivery. • Several years of experience in creating and leading scalable engineering organizations. • Passion for the development of engineers, architects and future technological leaders. • Understanding of how technology generates customer value, growth, efficiency and margin. • Confidence in exchanges with CIOs, CTOs and other decision-makers as well as experience in strategic pre-sales. • Joy in driving change through multiple organizations and in evaluating technology in an M&A context.
