The offer includes geriatric care in elderly residential groups – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addiction diseases, or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups.### Your area of responsibility • You ensure individual and professional nursing and care, taking into account the needs of our residents • You assist in organizing and coordinating workflows and activities as well as in care assessment (RAI) • You take on daily responsibility • You participate in interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapies, activation, as well as case management • You are co-responsible for the implementation of good nursing quality in the residential group and in the Q-group Your profile • You have completed training as a dipl.
