Team Leader / HR Recruitment Partner Zurich Site (a) 80-100% # Team Leader / HR Recruitment Partner Zurich Site (a) 80-100% YOUR TASKS • Management and development of a team of 3 to 4 HR recruitment partners • Responsibility for professional and future-oriented recruitment for the two clinics • Steering and development of recruitment processes as well as guaranteeing a positive candidate experience • Support and advice to the line management throughout the recruitment process - from the opening of a position, conducting interviews and salary negotiation to the signing of the contract • Active participation in the design of recruitment themes and HR marketing in inter-clinic projects and at the group level YOUR PROFILE • University education, specialized university of applied sciences, or basic commercial training, ideally completed by continuing education in the field of HR or personnel • Several years of experience in personnel recruitment, ideally supplemented by initial management experience • Experience in the healthcare sector is an asset • Strong service and client orientation as well as pleasure in collaborating with different groups of interlocutors • Motivating and enthusiastic personality with a confident and professional presence • You keep a cool head and an overview even in stressful situations • Taste for a dynamic environment and for actively shaping things OUR OFFER At Clinique Hirslanden, you will find much more than an attractive position in the heart of Zurich.
