The Stiftung Brüttelenbad offers supported living and working spaces for around 60 people with cognitive and multiple impairments. 100 specialists care for their well-being with the goal of enabling them to experience joy of life and security in the community. For the establishment of our Inhouse-Spitex, we are looking for the following starting 01.11.2026 or by arrangement:

Nursing Specialist HF 50% ##

What you will do:

• Active participation in the implementation process of the Inhouse-Spitex
• Shared responsibility for the Spitex needs assessment with interRAI HC, service planning and control, as well as billing
• Active involvement in the further development of nursing quality
• Support and advice to the residential groups and ateliers regarding nursing questions
• Cooperation with the home doctor's practice, execution of medical prescriptions
• Meaningful and complete maintenance of progress documentation (easyDOK)
• Preparing, checking, and distributing medication dosettes
• Organization, implementation, and accompaniment of medical appointments
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the employees of the residential groups and ateliers, legal representatives and relatives, as well as other involved bodies

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FA/AKP/DNII with professional experience, ideally in a similar environment
• Experience in Spitex and with interRAI HC is mandatory, as well as in the implementation of projects in the nursing sector, ideally in the subject area of Inhouse-Spitex
• Joy, curiosity, and innovative spirit for the development and implementation of the Inhouse-Spitex offering
• Current knowledge in acute and/or long-term care
• High social competence as well as strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with joy in multi-professional cooperation
• Driver's license category B and confident handling of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
