With your commitment, you will ensure well-maintained premises, operational infrastructure, and a smooth process during seminars and events. Your tasks • You plan and coordinate the cleaning, care, and provision of seminar, lounge, and auxiliary rooms, as well as sanitary facilities and transit areas. • You carry out basic, major, and special cleanings professionally and align your work with the respective occupancy and event schedule. • During seminars and events, you participate in guest services, ensure event support and a functioning infrastructure, and support the technical team with operational and technical work. • You manage cleaning products, laundry, equipment, and machines, coordinate goods deliveries, and undertake simple maintenance, inspection, and repair work. • As a practical instructor, you accompany apprentices Fachleute Betriebsunterhalt EFZ and work closely with internal departments, external cleaning companies, and other contractual partners. Your profile • You have completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ, Gebäudereiniger/in EFZ, or have a comparable training with corresponding professional experience. • You have a practical instructor course or are willing to complete one, and you bring joy to accompanying and promoting apprentices. • Experience in professional cleaning as well as basic technical knowledge enables you to perform versatile tasks in hotel and seminar operations. • You work independently, carefully, and responsibly, are flexible, and lend a hand where your support is needed even when requirements change. • Good oral German skills and basic user knowledge in Microsoft Office round off your profile.
