We are a modern dermatological clinic directly near the Zürich Altstetten station and offer our patients a wide spectrum of general dermatology, skin cancer medicine, and aesthetic dermatology. Our modern premises feature professionally equipped examination rooms, innovative laser and light systems, several cosmetic rooms, as well as an operating area.
As part of our reception team, you are the first point of contact for our patients and contribute significantly to a professional and warm welcome. A varied activity awaits you with direct patient contact as well as versatile organizational and administrative tasks in a dynamic clinical environment.
Your tasks
Reception and care of our patients
Appointment scheduling on-site as well as coordination of consultation hours
Support with administrative and organizational processes of daily clinic life
Administration and maintenance of patient data
Close cooperation with the medical team, the MPAs as well as other internal departments
Ensuring a smooth workflow at the reception
Your qualifications
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Experience at a reception, in healthcare, or in a service-oriented function
Good IT user knowledge
Joy in dealing with people and strong service orientation
Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
Organizational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
Resilience and teamwork even in hectic situations
Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, very good English skills, further language skills are an advantage
