Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the buildings and the surroundings and are someone with a "hands on" mentality
• You support the facility services with all technical, electrical and sanitary work
• You help with the smooth organization during moves and apartment handovers
• You ensure the alarm organization and security throughout the whole house at all times
• Obtaining quotes as well as checking, coordinating and monitoring orders from third-party companies
• Organization and implementation of training and exercises for employees in the areas of occupational safety and fire protection
• You are responsible for the training of an apprentice
• Efficient, professional organization of the processes in facility management
• Instruction and control of the employees in the area
• Managing the personnel deployment planning and time recording of the facility management area
• On-call services within the region

What you bring with you:

• Completed manual vocational training / Specialist in Facility Management / Caretaker
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in a similar position
• Availability for on-call service
• Good sense for elderly people
• Reliable and exact way of working
• Diplomacy, discretion
• Good oral and written German skills
