As a Customer Advisor, you are the face of our company: you visit people at home, or in the hospital, identify their support needs and inspire them with our services. With your positive aura, your customer orientation and your talent in sales, you create trusting relationships. You enjoy working independently, bring joy in dealing with older people and appear engaged and reliable. Proficient use of MS Office, a driver's license and the desire to be on the go round off your profile.
Your tasks:
You visit our customers at home and clarify the individual care and nursing needs
You are responsible for the nursing process according to professional criteria from admission to discharge
You know the process of needs assessment for health insurance companies and process the necessary documents
Cooperation with doctors, hospitals, Spitex, health insurance companies and other external partners
Leadership and support of our caregivers in the nursing context
Control of the recorded hours
Your profile:
Training as or Fachperson Gesundheit
Engaged and team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility and sales strength
Strong social competence and organizational talent
Joy in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
People, their self-determination, as well as their well-being are important to you and you are interested in integrating this into nursing and care
You use the common IT applications routinely
Driver's license
