Certified building concierge, with service apartment (4 pcs) For a position necessarily including a 4-room service apartment becoming available for the upcoming 1st October in Petit-Lancy, we are looking for an Experienced Concierge with the following responsibilities; Autonomously manage the maintenance for three building alleys in PPE, Guarantee and maintain the daily cleanliness of the common areas (halls, staircases, basements, laundries, common rooms, etc.) Perform maintenance work and necessary small repairs, Maintenance of the exteriors, such as; pruning of rose bushes, various pruning and mowing, gardening, watering, dead leaves, snow removal, Maintenance and cleaning of the parking lot, Act as a link between the commissioned companies and the property management, as needed Monitor technical installations (heating, ventilation, lighting, etc.) Maintain regular contact with the owners and intervene in case of regular needs and/or emergencies, Report any incident and malfunction to the property management and be the trusted intermediary between the residents and them.
